Services

We provide nursing at home, caregiving, ICU at home, doctor home visits, elder companionship, and medical equipment rental & purchase in Delhi NCR, Varanasi and Chandigarh/Mohali. Specific scope, schedule and price are agreed in a separate service agreement before service begins.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to engage care on behalf of the senior. You agree to provide accurate medical and contact information.

Payment & cancellations

Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice for scheduled visits; equipment rentals require 48 hours' notice for early returns.

Conduct

Our staff are entitled to a safe, respectful working environment. We reserve the right to withdraw service in case of harassment, unsafe living conditions, or non-payment.

Liability

We carry professional indemnity cover for our clinical staff. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
